Time reservation

Nextime’s Internet based real time reservation services have been used, for instance, by dentists, barbers and sport centres for several years. Their traditional reservation book has been transferred to the Internet – where the customers can reach it directly. It is possible for the customer to reserve the desired time slots without the need for waiting in line to speak with the call centre. The service provider (e.g. a squash hall) has direct access to the reservation system, and it is still possible to serve the customers who are calling in. Thus it is possible to utilize the Nextime system also internally as an electronic reservation system, i.e. without a direct end customer web interface.

Several golf clubs are using Nextime’s system and provide a possibility to reserve the tee off times via the Internet. Millefolium (barber), Nallikari-Tennis (tennis, squash, badminton etc) and Golf club of Oulu have been using the system for several years now (read more by clicking the names).

Ajovarma Oy uses Nextime’s system to provide Finland-wide reservations for driving inspections. The service is in active use helping the driving schools to select, coordinate and book suitable times for their students.

Medical district of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS, the largest in Finland) uses Nextime’s service for reserving times for laboratory examinations. This helps significantly in balancing the load of time reservation personnel.

Customer specific solutions

Nextime has provided several customer specific solutions for different companies. For example, the central register for Finland’s Golf organization covers all the golf clubs of Finland providing online services for over 100.000 members of the hundred golf clubs in Finland. The system also provides direct interface to integrate the reservation systems of the individual golf clubs.
